Data Processing: After creating the form, the entered data is processed and stored in the internal database or sent to integrated external systems.
Workflow: The data or document moves through a predefined workflow path, with automatic notifications sent to relevant persons for review and approval.
Completion and Archiving: Finally, the data and documents are stored in the electronic archive with access according to specified permissions.
